Maternity Massage

Lympthatic Drainage Tissue

Chair Massage

Cupping
In this technique, cups are placed on your skin for several minutes to create suction which increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. It also provides other benefits such as helping with pain relief and reducing inflammation. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Hot stone
When coupled with massage, hot stones can melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. Smooth, water-heated stones are placed at key points on the body. The direct heat of the stones allows the therapist access to deeper muscle layers.
